Each property will be assessed price to a firm quote however this page will offer you guidance as to possible costs. All pricing will be plus GST.
Project Management
Excellent for time poor people who would like someone else to project manage their small subdivision or house block they are subdividing. Property renovation or strata titling of a block of units including firewall installation and working with council.
Professional Fee: 20% of the net profit on completion of the project
Joint Venture for Sub dividable of StrataTitle Property
You supply the property and we supply the development costs, expertise, project management and have ALL the headaches. You sign the occasional form and we do everything else. At the end of the project we table all expenses, sell the subdivided portion and split the profit.
Professional Fee: 50% of the net profit on sale of the developed property
