Property Prospects Soft Shoe Shuffle Program is looking to train as many people as possible who not only want to create an income for life in the property industry but want to create a quality of life for people who are living in squalor in third world countries.

Proceeds from this program will go to Habitat for Humanity Australia who build housing for Cambodian families that live and work on the local rubbish dumps. These families collect and repair old shoes & rubish for resale. The side effects from breathing the dumps poisonous gases are both ill health and a very shortened life.

Training for his property program is FREE. You will be trained in:

• how to find people who are desperate to sell their property and will not ask the sellers for any fees, or commissions
• how to sell this property to buyers who are desperate to purchase a property & can’t get a bank loan
• you will be required to attend a full Landmark Forum in Brisbane
• you will receive a free trip to Cambodia to help Habitat for Humanity Australia build a house for the Cambodians to remove them from the rubbish dumps.

• $5,000 from the sale of each house with go to Habitat for Humanity Australia as a donation
• you will receive full education, support & direction
• you will be expected once successful to pass it forward and teach someone else how to become a property entrepreneur

Soft Shoe Shuffle Program Objectives:

Our aim is to empower as many people as we possibly can by providing an education on how to become financially free. We can do this by helping other people in Australia sell their houses to buyers who are unable to obtain a bank loan. Initially we will achieve this by educating people who have a passion to learn about the property industry. In turn they will educate other people who have a passion to learn about the property industry.

As the rewards are generous for helping people in and out of property, if the student works hard to complete the program they will be rewarded by receiving money, overseas holidays & having the Landmark Forum paid for in full. If they wish to carry on their education in the property industry they will be self sufficient and easily able to achieve in excess of $100,000 per annum income. Students will be expected to work in their own demographic area and will be provided with all materials to achieve success. Success however will be up to each individual.

From the efforts of the students a generous amount of money will be donated to Habitat for Humanity http://habitat.org.au/ to assist the Global Village program in Cambodia. This will build housing for the local people who live on the garbage tips waiting for the disposal of old shoes so they can repair them and sell them to purchase food. 10,000’s of people who live with disease and sickness live in temporary housing around these tips.

Student Criteria:

• The student must be willing to travel to the Isle of Capri on the Gold Coast for training on the 1st training session, other sessions to be decided by the group however will be Skype orintated.
• 8 hours spread over the week for a 8 week period starting on either Tues or Wed 12th or 13th July, 2011 if you are not availabe please apply as this program will be run again
• They must be excited about working in the property industry
• They must be self motivated, positive and able to work on their own
• Have a motor vehicle license and motor vehicle
• Be prepared to talk to strangers and love it, they must be a people person
• Have access to a computer for Skype calls and emails
• Have a mobile phone to make and receive calls
• Be prepared to commit to the program & the team
• Be able to understand and follow procedures
• Be honest, reliable & on time

Overview: The subjects the student learns will be the below. Hands on experience will happen from the very beginning of the program.

• How to find people who want to sell their property
• Dealing with sellers, dealing with buyers
• How to find people who want to buy their property
• Procedures for both sellers and buyers
• Working with Australian Property Law
• Marketing including gorilla marketing
• Using the Internet & new marketing methods
• How to work with people using questioning

Remuneration: Will be dependent upon the amount of effort put in by each student. The outline is set below which could easily be achieved over a 6 month period.

Continuation: Once the student has completed their 4th property transaction they will be mentor for a new student who will commence the program from No. 1 the existing student will be set for financial freedom however will be required to pay $5,000 per property transaction to Property Prospects Australia to use their IP, procedures, professional indemnity and come under the ASIC Financial Services legislation.
